BBQ COOK OFF and AMAZING RACE:
RACE TO ALPHA
Summer lingers in Product Support as we ended our Q2 with a cook off and an amazing race! I cannot talk about it in past tense as I can still smell the savory BBQs, the sun and the pool. And up to this date I cannot help but be so proud of the success of this event, it’s another first care of Product Support.

Planning the whole event was a bit of a challenge but our ever encouraging director, Paul Florido has a knack of making things happen. We wanted to achieve a dead-air free activity utilizing the whole park, incorporating one of our RealPage core values: Family, our ALPHA campaign and of course the ACE. So the trusty CoCo (Control Committee as we would like to call it) team had to exhaust all the creative brain cells to make this event: Legendary! (Yes I loved that show)
The Venue: We held the whole activity at the R.A.V.E Park Pasig and we encouraged all PS employees to bring along their kids so they can also enjoy the event with us in the pool! Hence the attendance was a full house I should say nevertheless bursting with laughter and energy.
The Activities: For starters we had our filling Filipino breakfast courtesy of Liza’s catering which is managed and owned by Bea David (a former RealPage employee) and the fun began with opening remarks by our beloved director and a cheering competition from each team.

BBQ Cook off representatives from all department in Product Support are already busy heating up the grills and preparing their secret ingredients, while the Amazing Race representatives are everywhere following their clue to their Road to ALPHA.
​The Amazing Race stops are the Garden Maze, Zipline, Giant chess, Lazy river and the Pool slide. The team are given clues and puzzle pieces that they will have to solve in relation to ACE: Connect. One customer at a time. World class service.

Lunch was served just in time for the BBQs to be ready for all the employees to savor and enjoy. While we are devouring our lunch, we were entertained by our new hires’ surprise dance number! And as dessert, was being served, the winner for the Amazing Race is being announced, and the BBQ cook off winner as well. The Rewards and Recognition came after and of course what event would be complete without our good old RAFFLE DRAW?
Now back to the million dollar question: Did we achieve the dead-air free activity? The pictures you see below, answers a resounding YES. And our question back to the readers is: Can anyone top this? Hmm.. It is yet to be seen.
