NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK
by Avelino De Jesus
Customer service has been in existence for over a century. Thank Alexander Graham-Bell’s brilliant invention, the telephone, for that.
Behind this wonderful act lies the people who make it happen: from that lady in heels standing all day ensuring that every customer stepping foot into the store gets accommodated to that guy with the headset on, fingers attached to the keyboard, patiently addressing concerns thrown in all kinds of fashion.
This is where National Customer Service Week comes into the picture, paying tribute to customer service and the people who are accountable for this very powerful deed. This year, customer-centric industries across the globe celebrated NCSW last October 3 to 7.
RealPage isn’t someone to be left behind in this endeavor. Every moment was a time of giving back, recognizing our folks’ efforts in making happy campers out of our customers, celebrating their importance as we continuously live to be that organization who has always been easy to do business with.
WE served our RealPagers who serve our customers in the most orange way we can!
It was a week where above everything else, our front-liners matter. In the dynamics of customer interaction and resolutions, these guys are the ones who strive to connect. At all costs, they execute world class service. These RealPagers are the ones who do what needs to be done one customer at a time.
It all doesn’t begin nor end with NCSW. Not really. RealPage celebrates it every single day in a way that we know best: giving them the respect and dignity they deserve, equipping and making them accountable as they provide exceptional performance and setting up an environment for them to develop their craft.
Yes, we value customer service the orange way. Orange we glad we are RealPagers?
