WHAT'S HAPPENING IN CEBU?

Last January, I had the opportunity to spend two weeks and enjoy every minute of my stay at the newest site of RealPage in Cebu, Philippines. A lot of my time in this branch reminded me of my first trip to the Manila office, before Tower 3 even existed, and when Tower 2 was the only RealPage home with half of the floor empty. There’s something unique about a location that’s just starting out and I love being a part of that exciting time.

Franklin “Gutsy” Barrameda spearheaded operations at RealPage Cebu last August 2015, and ever since, has had several classes of both Marketing and Maintenance Associates working for the LevelOne Contact Center. With Clairlyn Gonzaga’s guidance, the team is growing quickly, working hard, and having so much fun striving to outperform every day!
RealPage Cebu launched the year with an outreach program that sponsored a Jollibee party for local children. Team building events also followed maintaining a close-knit atmosphere throughout the office. Associates even collaborate on their own activities and recently performed “Harana” for Valentine’s Day.

With the speedy development of the Cebu branch, office expansion is already in the works leaving the management in charge of assembling new teams to handle additional RealPage products. I’m sure the team in Cebu is going to grow like crazy similar to how RealPage Manila has over the past several years. I can’t even wait to hear about all of the exiting things I know they are going to accomplish!
